NEOCP Machine stores configuration, live state and logs locally under %APPDATA%\NEOCPMachine. Cache files are stored under E:\codex\NEOCPMachine\cache. These files remain on the computer unless the user explicitly sends or deletes them.
The update request, sent at most once per day, includes the installation_id parameter. It is a random UUID4, remains stable for the installation, and permits pseudonymous recognition of returning installations. It is not derived from hardware, account, or personal data.
After a successful MPC data request, neocp.txt may additionally be checked at most once per ten minutes across all participating applications. The shared random installation ID, product/version, operating system, and technical result data are sent to the MPC status server, but no file contents or observations. The endpoint returns no response data. It technically processes the public IP address to determine the ISP and a location rounded to approximately ten kilometres; the raw IP address is not stored as a report value. The function can be disabled globally for all participating applications from the Data menu.
Website
When visiting or downloading from this website, normal server access data such as IP address, timestamp, browser identifier and requested file may be processed. No advertising or tracking services are embedded.
